Are there setup fees?
There is no standard setup fee. We agree the scope of data migration and any additional services before you switch.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are monthly and cancel at the end of the current billing cycle.
What does the card rate cover?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay: same rate, in-store or online. No interchange-plus surprises.
Do you charge per user?
Starter is built for one workspace member. Professional and Enterprise include unlimited workspace members.
Do you sell extra app modules?
Core apps are included in every plan. Additional registers cost €29 net per month. Hardware, payment processing, and usage-based services are billed separately.
